To ensure the longevity and quality of your swimwear, we highly recommend following these essential care instructions.

Rinse Off After Use:

After enjoying a refreshing swim, it is crucial to rinse off your swimwear in cold fresh water. This simple step helps remove any chlorine, saltwater, or other impurities that may have accumulated during your time in the water. By rinsing off your swimwear, you prevent these substances from causing damage to the fabric.

Avoid Washing Machine:

While it may be tempting to toss your swimwear into the washing machine for convenience, we strongly advise against it. The agitation and harsh detergents used in washing machines can be detrimental to the delicate fabric of your swimwear. Instead, opt for hand washing to ensure the longevity and integrity of your swimsuit.

Gentle Hand Washing:

When it comes to cleaning your swimwear, gentle hand washing is the way to go. Fill a basin or sink with cold water and add a mild detergent specifically designed for delicate fabrics. Gently agitate the water to create a soapy solution, then immerse your swimwear and lightly rub the fabric together to remove any dirt or residue. Rinse thoroughly with cold water to ensure all detergent is removed.

Store Properly:

When your swimwear is completely dry, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid folding or creasing the fabric, as this can lead to permanent wrinkles or distortion. If possible, hang your swimwear or lay it flat in a drawer to maintain its shape and prevent any damage.

Returns policy:

If you wish to return your item we have a 14 day return policy from the day you receive your purchase. If the 14 days have passed the return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund your item will have to pass our return criteria. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with the hygiene sticker still attached. 

If your item was sold as a set we will only accept the return if the full set is returned.

You will be responsible for the return costs of your item. We do not refund shipping costs so we recommend you have tracking in place so you have proof of your return.

We advise you double check all checkout information before you proceed to the final payment details. If a mistake has been made please email us within 10 minutes so the mistake can be rectified, we are sadly unable to make any changes once an order has been shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: we are not responsible for any customs charge that may occur. please make sure you are aware of all extra charges before making your purchase. If a charge is refused you will not be refunded when the parcel is returned to us.
